DEMONSTRATION OF DEFENSE & ANTI
MONDAY TWO 'IN THE BANK 17 and 24 January demonstration lesson for members and friends / girlfriends.
Time banking has seen the need increasingly felt by women and men of all ages, to learn and master a good way to prevent, avoid or deal with any danger.
To satisfy the required number of members and membership, the Bank of Time 4 short organizes on Monday 17 and Monday, January 24, 2011, from 17.45 to 19.00, two technical and sporting events in which, participants will actively try and test the effectiveness of simple psychophysical techniques able to prevent or remove a person from imminent danger or already in place.
The demonstrations will be held by the shareholder Ambrogio, a master of Ju Jitsu 3rd Dan Self Defence recognized by the Olympic Committee, who will be assisted by Luke, also a member of the BDT, with experience.
The informal and relaxed atmosphere, will be ideal to warm up the muscles and the mind "with a view to planning a specific course of anti-aggression & Defence Staff, to be taken into account by the Secretariat of the Court to assess the real BdT 4 interest generated by the two demonstrations.
demonstrations will involve all members and their family members aged 14 years.
The dress is comfortable and simple, sweatpants and gym shoes.
