La Scuola di Alpinismo e Sci-Alpinismo “CAI Monviso” della sezione di Saluzzo organizza, per l’autunno 2011, un corso base di arrampicata AL1 . Il corso è rivolto a tutti, soprattutto a coloro che non hanno mai provato ad arrampicare neppure una volta!
La struttura del corso comprende lezioni teoriche in sede, in palestra indoor e uscite in falesia. Le cinque lezioni teoriche riguarderanno i materiali, la sicurezza e le caratteristiche della scalata, nonché la tecnica individuale e l'allenamento, permettendo all'allievo di conoscere l'arrampicata as sport and technical discipline, fun and safe. The practical familiarize you with the tools and techniques of insurance and try the technical movements and gestures. Rides in the environment, for a total of six days, will allow the student to deal with rocks of a different nature, from limestone to granite, degrees of difficulty appropriate to the characteristics of each .
The main objective is to tramettere students all the knowledge and practical skills required to put in a position, once the course of face climbing routes at the crag from the leader.
The registration fee is € 120.00 including the use of common equipment (ropes, referrals and educational materials). Excluding travel expenses and accommodation.
The enrollment is open to CAI members in good standing with the label of the year, who have reached the 18 years of age.
The application form must be accompanied by a medical certificate of fitness to practice non competitive sports and for new members, a photo ID .
Submissions will be accepted until the maximum number of students expected no later than 21/08/2011 .
