COURSE-ALPINE SNOWBOARD "SBA1"

In 2011 season, is scheduled for 2 nd basic course-Mountain Snowboard SBA1 , as in the previous edition which will take place in parallel with the course SA1, maintaining independence on specific topics in the progression of snowboarding and climbing. The course aims to provide students with the basic knowledge necessary to independently manage and secure a route in winter on snowy terrain, using snowshoes or scietti to climb and snowboard down the hill.

I minimum requirements for entry are a good basic training and a good off-piste descent technique, which will be checked during the first uscita ( valutativa e svolta su terreno medio-facile).

Sono previste sei lezioni teoriche in sede, comuni al corso di sci-alpinismo, nelle quali si parlerà di attrezzatura, ARTVA (Apparecchio per la Ricerca di Travolti in VAlanga), topografia e orientamento, neve e valanghe, autosoccorso, preparazione e condotta di una gita, e una esercitazione pratica di autosoccorso in valanga e utilizzo corretto dell'ARTVA.
La partecipazione alle lezioni teoriche è fondamentale per poter prendere parte alle cinque uscite pratiche , l’ultima of which will be sailing for two days with overnight stay in refuge.

L ' entry to the course is open to CAI members in good standing with the label of the year, who have reached the 16 years of age.

The registration fee is € 130, including transport costs Coach and teaching materials.
Students who do not have the required safety equipment will be leased from the school, for the duration of the course:
- ARTVA unit at a cost of € 20.00
- shovel and probe at a cost of € 10.00
order to attend the course, you must deliver the registration form completed and signed, enclosing a copy of a medical certificate of fitness to practice non competitive sports and for new members, a photo ID .

Entries close on 30/12/2010.
The Board reserves the right to exclude applications exceeding available places, giving priority to students who enroll in the course for the first time.
Within days of the date of enrollment, students will be announced on completion or failure to register.
